I took a day off (mostly) from work, in the morning enjoying the company of friends in California. Bill Gough is a retired physicist who has been investigating and promoting awareness of intuitive, psychic and spiritual awareness for several decades.
Bill and I share many interests, among others - in synchronicities, the wonderful 'coincidences' that speak to us of something special happening in our world, suggesting there is more to life than our material selves and our ordinary states of consciousness.
BTW - I AM WRITING A BOOK ON SYNCHRONICITIES AND MANIFESTATIONS. I WELCOME YOUR REPORTS OF SYNCHRONICITIES AND MAY ASK YOU FOR PERMISSION TO PUBLISH IN MY BOOK SOME OF THOSE YOU SHARE WITH ME.
I spent the middle of the day on the Pacific shore at Half Moon Bay. It was a refreshing 15-20 degrees cooler there than inland. Something very soothing and deepening to my meditation to be by the ocean and near some wonderful old cypress trees, with flocks of gulls and a smattering of crows and pelicans circling, landing on the beach, and swimming in the ocean and the tidal pools.
A highlight was the fresh fruit and veg stall on the road back, with strawberries and grapes locally grown, tasting real - in contrast to the flat tasting chain store varieties I am used to.
Makes me aware of what's real in the world... Particularly following the anniversary of 911. I am so weary of the lies perpetuated by our government about 911 and the wars they are pursuing. I still find it difficult to understand how people can overlook the 'mystery' of how the 'Little Tower' (a 47 story building) fell down in exactly the same way as the World Trade Towers, with no plane hitting it. These issues leave a bad taste in my mouth, resonating with my awareness of the flat tasting fruits and veggies that are trucked and flown in from faraway places by the big market chains and their suppliers. |
