WHEE is a combination of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, together with elements from Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Users report that WHEE provides a potent, rapid way to release anxieties, fears, old hurts, pains, cravings, allergies and more, WHEE allows you to install positives to replace the negatives you release. It can enhance confidence and sports performance while building self-image, self-confidence, and the capacity for joy.
This experiential workshop will deepen your understanding of WHEE and other wholistic methods that address body, emotions, mind, relationships and spirit, changing and enriching your life (and the lives of your clients if you are a therapist).

1 - hour workshop
You will learn the basics of WHEE and be able to apply these to dealing with your problems and enhancing your life; adding a tool to your therapy spectrum if you are a caregiver.
3 to 4-hour workshop
You will understand in greater depth how to utilize WHEE to release negativity and install positivity; stopping vicious circles and creating their opposite - which I call 'sweetening spirals.'
6 to 8 - hour workshop
You will learn how to use WHEE to to maximize your potentials in the wholistic spectrum of body, emotions, mind, relationships and spirit. Kinesiology will be explored as an aid to using WHEE for meta-issues that block progress and change.
UK 2-day Workshops content - February 2009
Day 1
Brief introductions of participants, clarifying what your personal and professional interests are for learning in this experiential workshop.
Introduction by Dan and brief explanation of how WHEE was developed and how it can help.
Demonstration with a volunteer.
Powerpoint presentation for in-depth understanding of how WHEE works for stress, distress and pains (physical and emotional)
Experiential explorations of WHEE by all participants for whatever issues they would like to work on for themselves: e.g. Pains, anxieties, fears, phobias, residues of traumatic emotional experiences, physical and emotional pains, limiting beliefs and disbeliefs, cravings and more.
Frequent Q and A about the process as it unfolds for people.
Note: No personal disclosures are required. Anyone wishing to keep their issues private need only share the intensity of the feeling or cognition as a number from zero (not at all a problem) to 10 (the worst or strongest it could be).
Summary and considerations of how WHEE might be applied in participants’ practices and in the world at large.

Day 2 - Level 1 WHEE Certificate workshop (participation in Day 1 required)
Practitioners who wish to use WHEE with clients (as well as for themselves) will learn deeper ways to use WHEE in this workshop. Day 2 is highly experiential, with practice in pairs and triads.
- Working with problematic cognitive beliefs and disbeliefs
- Identifying Meta-issues that block releases of problematic feelings and cognitions
- Using WHEE to clear the Meta-issues
- Bundling multiple issues that sit in the same ‘file drawer’
- Partializing difficult issues
- When to install positives before the negatives are released completely to “0”
- Further uses of Ho’oponopono for clearing the collective PTSD of humanity
You will
come away with a detailed understanding of Wholistic Healing and be
able to instruct others in the use of WHEE, as well as having an
in-depth understanding of the uses of WHEE for your own issues.
