In one hour, from the comfort of my own bed (1-2 a.m. Irish time!) I learned a technique which dramatically reduced current anxiety about very serious survival issues. I did learn to shift it from 'worry' to 'concern.'
ALSO I think telephone workshops are a great idea. I don‚t get the chance to participate in much, and,especially since I am quite well-known,even if free to do so I would not now take part in local events because I would be inhibited about sharing personal information.
ALSO I appreciated very much that the fee was reasonable.
